FT PHYSICAL THERAPY AIDE 

Physical Therapy Aide–

THE POSITION:  We’re looking for a skilled physical therapy aide. Patient experience in a PT clinic or related education is a bonus. This position is full time. You will help the therapists prepare patients for treatment, tend to patients when necessary, and keep the therapy area clean, orderly, and running smoothly so every patient has an exceptional healing experience.

 NEEDED WORK SKILLS: Strong interpersonal skills, detailed oriented, self motivated with excellent work ethic, excellent patient care, professional etiquette, ability to follow directions and meet deadlines, knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology, computer knowledge and data input with accuracy.

**We are looking for someone who can commit to at least a year with us!**

THE LOCATION: Situated a stone’s throw from both Route 1 and I-295 in Lawrenceville, we are a straight shot from both our South and North Jersey brethren as well as our neighbors across the river in PA!

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR (FRONT DESK) 

Patient Care Coordinator –

Complete Health of Lawrenceville is a growing physical therapy, chiropractic, and acupuncture office that embraces and promotes conservative medical care. Our overall goal is to help patients through the acute pain phase as well as assist in patient education to begin and continue healthy lifestyles.

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who will assist with patient treatment, recovery, and future general health education. Our office offers a constructive learning setting with the opportunity for educational and professional growth by working alongside our physicians and interacting with every patient that walks through our doors. Complete Health is a family-oriented organization and we are looking for someone who will be a team player, going above and beyond to help patients, colleagues, and medical providers.

This is a part-time position with payroll hours amounting to about 20-25 hours per week. Applicants must be available for late afternoon/evening hours and occasional Saturday mornings/afternoons. Flexibility for additional coverage during the week is preferred.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering patient calls
  • Calling patients and other medical offices
  • Acting as a liaison between patients, administrative, and clinical staff
  • Understanding insurance policies, insurance verification, referrals, and precertification
  • Addressing patient concerns with appointments, billing issues, and payments
  • Understanding, implementing, and personally following all current office policies and regulations regarding COVID-19

Applicants must have a strong work ethic and commitment to the well-being and longevity of our patients and our office. Candidates must be reliable and have consistent transportation. Applicants should also be well organized, have the ability to maintain exceptional customer service at all times, and be proactive with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Previous experience in reception, customer service, or a medical office is highly preferred, but not required. Training will be provided during the first two weeks of hire. Applicant must also be proficient with computers as our office only utilizes an electronic health records and scheduling system.
