ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Complete Health Nutrition Program is a personalized, comprehensive dietary intervention designed to help patients reach their wellness and weight management goals. Dr. Renee Robus helps to identify areas in your diet that may be negatively impacting your health and weight. Her primary focus is educating patients on how they can use food to decrease inflammation in the body. If necessary, she will order blood work and/or other labs to aid in her dietary and supplement recommendations. Please note, the recommended program takes place over a 6-month period to aid in building lifelong habits - this is not a quick weight loss solution. Dr. Robus will work with you to make changes to the food you consume to promote better overall health.
1 WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT - (AT HOME)
The most important first step is to monitor your dietary behaviors, including what and when you eat, as well as external factors that may influence your diet. For this, all Nutrition Counseling paperwork is required 3 days prior to your appointment. We strongly suggest that patients start their paperwork on the Sunday before your first appointment. Please click on the links below to access all Nutrition paperwork. Paperwork will need to be printed, completed, and returned to the office. Please feel free to stop by the office to drop off your paperwork or email your completed paperwork to [email protected]. If your paperwork is not submitted 3 days prior to your visit, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
THE FIRST APPOINTMENT - EVALUATION - (60 MINUTES IN OFFICE ONLY)
The first appointment is your opportunity to express your goals for Nutrition Counseling. Dr. Robus will review your 3-Day Diet Diary, Systems Survey, and Intake Form, while also providing her initial recommendations.
FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS - (30 MINUTES, IN OFFICE OR TELEMEDICINE)
To build better habits, especially dietary ones, consistency is key! These follow-up appointments are opportunities to evaluate your progress and incorporate more and/or different changes as necessary. The recommended Nutrition Counseling plan consists of (1) your initial evaluation and then (2) nine follow-up sessions (two visits per month for the first three months and then 1 visits monthly for the next three months). In all, this is a 10-visit program. The only way that this program will succeed is if the patient is willing to put in the work and commit to implementing change. Dr. Robus is always available via email to provide encouragement and support. Accountability is a huge aspect of Nutrition Counseling. Patients are STRONGLY encouraged to schedule their next follow-up appointment(s) before leaving the office. Follow-up appointments are available in person during normal Nutrition office hours or through telemedicine on the DOXY website. Please click here to be connected to Dr. Robus' telemedicine site.
Patients have two pricing options for their 6-month program:
(1) PAID IN FULL - $825 - Includes Initial Evaluation/Consultation and nine (9) Follow-up Sessions
(2) INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS - $225 for Initial Evaluation/Consultation, $100 for Follow-up Sessions
Please note, pricing does not include the cost of recommended bloodwork/testing or supplements.
Nutrition Counseling is a cash-rate based system. Complete Health of Lawrenceville does not submit charges to the insurance company. The patient is responsible for all payments at the time of service. We can provide receipts if you would like to submit to your insurance or HSA. However, Complete Health uses non-traditional CPT codes that may not be recognized by the insurance or HSA company.
WHAT ABOUT SUPPLEMENTS?
Supplements are VERY important! Our modern food industry makes it nearly impossible to obtain all your daily nutrient needs from diet alone. Supplements need to be taken regularly and need to be supplied by reputable companies. Complete Health of Lawrenceville utilizes Fullscript, a internet based store that offers top-of-the-line companies to provide the highest quality supplements to our patients. While they may be more expensive than drugstore brand vitamins, the quality and results are notably different. If supplements are recommended, Dr. Robus will activate a personalized Fullscript account for you and a link will be sent to your email.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT NUTRITION PAPERWORK MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE YOUR INITIAL EVALUATION APPOINTMENT**
This will allow Dr. Renee Robus adequate time to review your dietary intake, eating and lifestyle habits, and effects that your current diet may have on the activity of your body systems. If you are unable to submit your paperwork by this time, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
